Therapeutic Hands Management Co. Limited (THM) is a caregiver training institution registered in April 2023. We prepare students for professional service in hospitals, elder care homes, childcare centres, and private home-based care.
From classroom theory to hands-on clinical practice, THM exists to equip caregivers who safeguard children and adults at risk — with empathy, love, and respect.

NITA-Certified Training
THM trains caregivers under the National Industrial Training Authority (NITA) curriculum — Kenya’s recognised standard for industrial and vocational training.
Our Certificate in Caregiver program prepares graduates for immediate employment under registered nurse supervision in clinical settings, and for confident practice in institutional and home-based care.
NITA alignment ensures the skills you learn meet national expectations for professional caregiving across Kenya’s healthcare and social care sectors.

Our Story
Therapeutic Hands Management was registered in April 2023 with a clear ambition: to become a household name and pace-setter in the caregiving market by empowering caregivers with specialised skills.
Since founding, more than 150 caregivers have graduated from our programs and stepped into roles across healthcare, institutional care, and private homes.
Today THM operates in Nairobi (Westlands) and Kisumu Counties, with practical labs, supervised placements, and financing options for eligible youth aged 19–35.
